Artist self portrait

Self portrait completed during the lockdown of 2020. Standing in front of a mirror in my home studio , painted on an older canvas (all that I had available during this time when all art stores were closed ) I created a study of my own form from my likeness in the mirror before me . A time of great unknown … using powerful color as a sign of hope in a dark time ~
